NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded negative around 10:19AM(IST)on Monday in an upbeat market. Phoenix Mills(up 0.84 per cent), Brigade Enterprises(up 0.81 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate(up 0.52 per cent), Godrej Properties(up 0.32 per cent) and SOBHA(up 0.14 per cent) were among the top gainers. Oberoi Realty(down 1.05 per cent), Macrotech Developers(down 0.58 per cent), DLF(down 0.5 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects(down 0.44 per cent) were the top losers on the index. The Nifty Realty index was down 0.09 per cent at 426.0 at the time of writing this report. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 1.2 points at 17957.8, while the BSE Sensex was up 78.67 points at 60339.85. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 16 were trading in the green, while 34 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, PNB, IOB, and L&T Fin Holding were among the most traded shares on the NSE. Shares of Generic Engg, , , Ltd. and Upsurge Seeds of Agriculture Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while , , , Sintex Inds. and hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
