Ghana’s inflation rate records fourth consecutive drop, hits 41.2% in April

The rate of inflation for April 2023 declined to 41.2%, the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) has announced.

The rate of inflation for March 2023 was 45.0%.

This is a 3.8 percentage points drop relative to the rate that was recorded in March 2023.

This is the fourth consecutive decline in the national inflation rate after recording another drop in March’s rate.
